THE SINGLE PERMIT - EPISODE 2: ARE YOU AN EMPLOYER WHO WANTS TO GROW HIS BUSINESS?

Updated: Feb 9, 2023

Dear readers,

As promised, we are back with the second episode about the single permit.

So let's pick up where we left off with episode 1 on the single permit.

👉🏻 Step 4: When to apply?

The worker must get the single permit before arriving on the Belgian territory.

If they are already in Belgium, the single permit must be obtained before starting to effectively work!

👉🏻 Step 5: What documents you need?

Being a two-in-one application, it must include both documents required for the "residence permit" and the ”single permit”.

NOTE! The documents required may change depending on the region concerned. This is all the more reason to have the LEXPAT team by your side in this process because we all know that anyone who knows what they want has only professionals by their side to make their dreams come true...

👉🏻 Step 6: What's happening next?

Once you have submitted your application for a single permit to the competent region, all you have to do is wait for the authority to confirm the receipt of your application and check if the file is complete.

And from then on, the procedure becomes slightly different depending on whether the foreign worker is on Belgian territory or not.

The processing time is 4 months, but we can shorten this time for you by creating a complete application that leads to a quick solution. As a rule, this period applies when the file is not complete at the outset and needs to be completed. A big headache!

Make an appointment with us now and see the magic happen!

Do not hesitate! Your chance is here!

Stay tuned because we have even more surprises prepared for you so that you are always informed about the latest news in our field.
